Ac on the Elkmont

Is the AC for the Elkmont installed with the raised platform?

No in fact they have the new AC that is about 6-8" high.

I think you are referring to the Carrier Air V LP. As I understand it, Carrier is exiting the RV AC biz so it is likely that TM will use a different model which may be higher. I believe the pedestal used in the folding TM's is necessary to compensate for the distance the inside unit hangs down from the ceiling for closing clearance. This is not necessary on the Elkmont.
