Excellent list, great find.
I will say if buying from a dealer they should tell you up front that when you pick it up that it will take some time to go over the camper for instructions and explanations of how to work/use the camper.
Althought I had a good dealer, they were not very strong on explaining the camper when I picked it up.
When I went for my first servicing to CustomRV, they gave me much more knowledge on operation, closing up and opening the camper. I hated to drive 8 hours to them, but glad I did.
