Purchased a 2008 3124KS a couple weeks ago and just came back from a ten day camping adventure in PA. The camper is wonderful, even though it is 18 years old. The only real challenge we faced was leaking from the very aged roof vents. I am in the process of replacing them and found the wood boxes have some gaps where the wood pieces are stapled together; but the wood still seems solid. Planning to caulk those gaps very well. We were impressed by how solid it feels. The king-sized bed is spacious and my wife adapted to the small shower and even the Electra Magic Toilet. Only needed to use an RV Tote once over the ten days (I used the campground facilities most of the time). Very happy with our TrailManor.
