The TM

Is a 2008 model 3124KS in very good condition, updated to 2013 exterior graphics package and alloy wheels at the TM factory in Jacksboro, TN (see the pix). A complete factory inspection and "tune-up" were also performed at that time.

We had the TM factory install a 120V power receptacle on the rear bumper replacing the attached "pull out" power cord. This mod allows use of a detachable power cable. Very handy. All roof openings were completely resealed in 2019. I also have the original white wheels and tires which were removed from the camper for the upgrade wheels. I have installed a water heater bypass system to make winterizing very simple. This camper does not have a swing-away tongue.

Other than these factory upgrades, this TM is completely stock with virtually every available factory option. It has the hanging kitchen cabinets, cook-top with gas oven, microwave drawer, hanging shelf for the king bed "bedroom" wall, rear hitch receiver, spare tire and carrier, and the electric tongue jack with back-up manual crank.

All of the equipment: A/C, W/H, refrigerator, stove, furnace work fine. We only used the W/H and refrigerator on AC power, and have not checked either appliance with propane or battery-only power.

The Power Converter/Battery Charger and power distribution unit was replaced in June 2024.

The "Extras"

I am forced to sell this TM because of an accident in 2021 that left me a paraplegic, so unfortunately we can no longer use it. I kept it until now hoping I might recover enough mobility to camp again, but no such luck.

So, I'm making this a complete package offer and including all of the really useful TM related equipment and parts, and miscellaneous camping equipment I've accumulated over the years, including:

Husky weight distribution hitch with tow vehicle shank and sway control kit (not really needed with a TM, of course)

Carrying case for the weight distribution bars and other hitch accessories,

Full set of leveling blocks, tire ramps for leveling, chock blocks, etc.,

Potable water hoses and all plumbing hook-up accessories: pressure regulator and a number of various water connectors,

Very heavy duty sewer hookup hose and many accessories for sewage hook-up including an "accordion style" hose support ramp,

Bike carrier for two bikes (fits in rear hitch receiver of TM),

Bottle jack to change the TM tire if you have a road flat,

MANY spare parts and maintenance items, including bed slide nylon guide material, weatherproofing material, new shower curtains, I even have new-in-box spare faucets for both sinks and the bath, numerous replacement parts for the TM such as various latches, lock-down hooks, pocket covers, the flip-up lock bars for the shells, etc., etc. I basically went nuts when we were at the TM factory and loaded up on every spare part I thought I'd need to keep the TM maintained for many years. I have pictures of the spare parts laid out that I can provide.

All of our accumulated camping equipment we can no longer use.

The "Fine Print"

My accident was in May 2021, so the TM has been basically unused since then. Our pastor borrowed the camper for a week in June of 2024 for use at a church camp about 120 miles each way from our house. He said it traveled flawlessly. No flat spots on the tires, electric brakes worked, and it "pulled like a dream." (It's a TM, what did he expect??) The power converter/battery charger failed on him during the camping session and was replaced on-site with a new unit. All electrical functions are now working fine.

My wife winterizes it every year and runs fresh water through the system, including the water heater, when the weather warms. We periodically check the systems and appliances. We keep the windows cracked for ventilation and frequently clean the camper inside.

The TM has always been parked under an aluminum RVport for the 11 years we have had it. We store it with the shells open for easy access, so with my injury it has been impossible for us to do a wash job on the roof. She will need a good bath. I have sold my tow vehicle so we can't take it to a car wash.

Overall, it is in very good condition. There are a couple of cosmetic blemishes on the exterior that have been camouflaged; the rear nylon bed slides are cracked, but still functional, I have the repair material just can't do the repair; and the large side window behind the side chair had a very slow drip that got the wallboard beneath it damp and caused it to swell a tiny bit. It really is not noticeable unless you're looking for it. The trim piece at that location is missing. The Velcro used to secure the weather seal flaps in the front shell needs replacing. It has lost its sticky back. I have the Velcro and will include it; again, I just can't make the repair.

If interested, I have a complete Dish TV receiver and self-locating antenna system that I would sell for an additional $150. It would require a Dish subscription to work.

I have many more pictures I can email you as a ZIP file, or if there is something particular you would like to see, a pic of, just ask.

If any questions, please ask!
