I took the plunge today and ordered a 2720SL. Delivery in July. Some years ago I had a Jayco 18.5 foot tent trailer and liked it a lot, certainly including the easy towing with a fold down. It was about 2000 lbs plus and I pulled it with a V8 Jeep Grand Cherokee. It was zero problem under all towing conditions. I wanted to stay with a fold down and only discovered the Trailmanor a few weeks ago on the internet. My wife and I liked it when we saw it in person last week. I'll pull the 2720 with a Jeep Liberty (V6) and know that this could be challenging at times. I'll have an ez lift WDH and hope that helps.
