Here's my 3124 interior...
Figured some images of a 3124KB interior might clarify the bed explanations... this video was taken quickly (and pretty crudely - sorry for the smart-aleck commentary!) right after taking delivery, but it shows the basic interior layout. With the QB or KB (non-slide) models you get the double bed up front, which we use as storage during the day, with v rubbermaid bins to organize stuff quickly. Seating for 4-5 in the 3124KB models at the table with leaf inserted, and you get the sofa bed, so two kids could have their own beds. But of course, it is a bigger, heavier rig and you have the storage question.
Mine has a swing hitch, and measures just a hair under 24'1" ready to tow. The swing hinge subtracts almost exactly 24" from this for storage.
EDIT: Well, the video would not upload - error asks for a "security token", and suggests contacting the board admins. Sorry
