We had an entire new roof installed at the TrailManor factory this past fall, so the roof is in like new condition and all of the roof lighting, hardware and accessories are the latest that TrailManor is using. This unit is in good condition and has spent most of its life in covered storage. All appliances and systems are fully functional and in good working order. There is some surface rust in some spots on the frame due to the Florida climate we’ve resided in for the past couple years.

With the full replacement of the roof can you share if your TrailManor has a salvage title or not?

Rich: Our TM has a clean title and was never designated as salvaged. I’m fairly certain (as is the TrailManor factory team) that the initial damage was done several year ago when we had the A/C unit replaced under warranty by a non-TrailManor repair shop. The condition of the roof degraded gradually over time to the point that it required replacement. Not an inexpensive repair. But the good news is that the repairs look great and trailer now functions like it’s brand new.
