**Trailer has sold**
Trailer is in good shape. We are the third owners and unit has always been stored indoors. Includes a Trailer Valet 5x, which really helps when putting it in the garage. It has the swing hitch which reduces the overall length folded to about 220.5” or 18’4.5” and it fits in our garage with room to walk behind.

All systems work. Also, we were planning to upgrade the recalculating toilet to the Dometic Marine San 711-M28 with the 9.5 gallon tank and finally received it after a very long backorder. This will fit in the same location as the existing marine toilet. It is still new in the box and can be purchased separately for $700 if interested.
