We are the second owners, clean title and very good condition. We purchased the unit in 2014 for the opportunity to spend time with our grandchildren away from all the distractions. They have gotten older (teenagers) and apparently camping with grandparents is not high on their list of priorities, so it is time to sell and let someone else enjoy!
