Hate to part with it, but don't want to put the added stress on our vehicle while moving over the hills and through the woods across country. Will probably be buying a new one after we move 
Well-loved, and has fit our family of seven snugly. Everything works well.
Includes the following extras:
-- assembled screen kit (purchased from Bill here on TrailManor Owners)
-- weight-distributing hitch
-- 30-amp cable converter to 120v
-- psi regulator for when hooking up to city water
-- rhinoflex sewer kit
-- custom sewer hose storage mounted below trailer
-- electric tongue jack
-- 3" queen-sized latex foam mattress topper
-- bluetooth/usb/sd/aux radio
-- satellite (factory-installed)
-- custom roll-out shelving within cabinets
Has over-sink cabinet, over-stove cabinet, and an additional tv shelf (that can be used in larger bedroom or overhead in dining area).
