Upgrades:
- Upgraded mattress
- Aftermarket cot that turns the front sofa into a bunk bed
- 360 watts of rooftop solar with bluetooth enabled charge controller
- Upgraded 30'' heavy duty scissor jack stabilizers
- Optional 3 drawer dresser (instead of freestanding chair)
- Extra overhead cupboard above LP range
- Electric tongue jack
- Exterior LP accessory port
- Aluminum wheels
- Newer tires (2yrs) & battery (1yr)
Condition: Overall condition of the camper is very good for its age, with all appliances working as of last use. No hail damage, no water damage, no rust. Previous owner reported that they bent the trailer tongue in a fender bender, which was professionally replaced by insurance - no frame or body damage resulted.
Here is a list of needed repairs/maintenance I am aware of:
- Minor exterior and interior cosmetic issues typical of age and use
- Window curtains need replacing in main living area
