2008 Trailmanor 27/20 for Sale

Hello, selling my Trailmanor just don't have time to use it, so someone else should have the opportunity to do so.
Its a 2008, I have owned it for 5 yrs and have made the following upgrades or repairs.
New Queen mattress, All interior lights changed out to LED for better lighting and less Battery use, New faucets, 200 watt solar with 2 new Renogy 100 Amp hr AGM batteries, New MPT controller for battery monitoring and solar charging control. Has breakaway hitch for shorter storage areas. New trailer 5000 lb electric trailer hitch, New 5000 lb trailer support lifts,
Everything works as it should: gas furnace, 3 way fridge, Air conditoner, water pump, water tank, gray water tank, Also have 20 gallon extra gray tank stored underneath by Spare tire.
Always stored inside and drained in the winter All lights work and tows like a dream. I would rate it as good shape a couple of small formica wear marks from previous owner and the rear bumper cover has a crack on drivers side. Asking for $8500.00 OBO. This trailer needs nothing to hit the road other than fill the tanks and go. I am having issues uploading more pics, but can provide more on request.
