After a few years of searching, we finally found our Trailmanor! We ended up buying a TM on consignment / as-is sale. Paid $6,000 OTD from Custom Rv in Hawaiian Gardens, CA. Price included the following: 2005 3124KS, taxes / registration, new 6 volt Trojan batteries with kill switch, new trailer brakes and breakaway switch / cable, new recirculating toilet, used Curt WDH (6k, 600lb), removal of the existing vinyl flooring and the wheel bearings were serviced. Everything is fully functional (oven / stove top, AC, furnace, water pump, water heater, fridge, dump valves) and she is road worthy. The roof is still crowned, main seal is in good shape, tires are fairly new, etc...
However, the interior needs some cosmetic work. My wife and I will install new flooring, most likely vinyl. We will also replace the couch, mattress and curtains.
She is paired up with a low mileage 2014 Ford F-150 w/ 5.0L V-8 and towing package. Amazed at the towability so far.
