I have a 3023 model (I believe it's a 2005 model) with a damaged roof. It's caved inward and leaks water like crazy. It's also very difficult to raise and lower.
I know it has a plumbing leak by the outdoor shower. I took it apart and one of the elbows is broken. I don't know the status of the rest of the plumbing as it can't be pressurized with this leak.
I think it has many salvageable parts, has a clear title, and is towable, but I think the roof is beyond repair and I have no idea what the rest of it is worth.
I'm in Conifer, CO, in the foothills SW of Denver. Please make me an offer if this is something you can use.
