Greetings!
TM 3023 for sale. Second owner, clear title in hand. Sleeps 5-6. Front full-size bed, rear queen, 2 sofa's (one folds down). 6 person dining area. A/C, Heat, Original toilet (t-tumbler), microwave (installed by original owner), factory replacement sofa's, 100W rooftop solar panel, 100AH Renogy AGM Battery, Goodyear tires.
I'll likely forget to mention all the good parts of the trailer, and focus on all the not-so-great parts, as I don't want anyone to feel misled. Due to a personal medical issue the trailer has not been used in 2 years, so there are things about this near 20-year old trailer that are not perfect.. Water is finding its way in to the ceiling above the door area near the A/C. Not a huge worry, as everything up there is aluminum and foam, but it's annoying and should be diagnosed and fixed by the new owner. The refrigerator works on all 3 modes (12v DC, AC, and LP) but when set to LP, needs to be lit manually. Some damage (mice chewing) to the fabric on the bed frames. No swing-arm hitch.
There are plenty of great things about this TM, like how spacious it is, how great it tows, and it's low price. Maybe it's the right one for you to remodel, or maybe it'll work for you as is.. at only $3500.00 I expect it will be the right unit for someone.
