Hi all! This site has been very informative and extremely helpful.
We are considering purchasing a 2000 TM3023 and are curious if there are any local owners who would be willing to assist us. We have located one for sale but lack the expertise to identify potential problems.
We are especially concerned with identifying any wood rot and deteriorating caulk. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
