Rockin' and rollin' here too...this one was different. Very large gentle rolls (lower frequency) as opposed to smaller more violent (high frequency) shaking.

I hope all the folks down in El Centro, Yuma, and Mexicali made it through ok. 6.9 is quite large.

Epicenter was 50 or so miles south of Mexicali, probably on Laguna Salada. The shocks were felt all over northern Baja and Southern California. Lasted much longer than I have ever experienced It was a rather gentle rolling, but enough to slosh quite a bit of water out or our daughter's swimming pool in Huntington Beach.

We have a jacuzzi on our roof top (5 story building). I have a security camera pointed at the jacuzzi and I could see the water sloshing back & forth for almost a full minute.

The quake was felt here a full 2 minutes after it hit the epicenter and it lasted for 35 seconds.........it sure seemed longer than 35 seconds.

It's the strangest feeling because you don't know whether to run or stay put....what does "Stay put" mean? If the shaking gets too severe, you can't run anyway.......it's just sort of a helpless feeling.
