cover for 2720
Need a cover for our 1999 2720, was told trailmanor does not have covers but we can get them custom made for $500-$600 ouch! Anyone have a source that is cheaper. Would like to keep ours covered and I'm sure a custom cover would be great, if someone knows of a party that does make them at a reasonable price you can email me @ [email protected] or if this forum allows please let me know through this tread... Thanks!

MCD, the TM dealer on Cape Cod recommended an ADCO trailer cover, part number 12252. Cost is in the $200 to $300 range, which includes delivery.

We used this one to cover our unit for the winter. The sides hang down very low and are secured by 4 straps that go underneath the trailer. It is a bit longer than needed but the extra length can be easily tucked out of the way. Send me a PM if you need more information.

Also, Camping World has SFS AquaShed covers by ADCO, which have been on sale (and will probably be again). For the 2720, the part number is 12295 and it cost $96 on sale.
I believe others have commented on this recently on this web-site.

Are you satisfied with your cover from ADCO SFS AquaShed? Is it still holding up? Is the material long lasting?

I am also looking for a cover for my newly purchased TM 3023. Just got an online quote for a custom cover by Calmark...$630 plus $86 in shipping. Ouch. Granted, it's made of Sunbrella material and is custom fitted (I sent pics with measurements they requested), but that's a helluva nut to spend on a cover. I think I'll check out my local Camping World unless someone in this forum has a better suggestion.

Greg, the Adco cover would cost less, but would not last as long as the Sunbrella model you're looking at. I live in SoCal and my TM came with an Adco that was only one year old, but started to shred after only six months. I priced the other covers, but decided to build a shed structure instead of investing that much on a canvas cover. I built a 12ft by 24ft shed for about $1,000 and now I don,t have the hassle of putting a cover on and off every time we want to use our TM.

My Adco Tyvek cover lasted just over a year in the California sun. The warranty replacement lasted just under a year. This is Adco's premium model. The Tyvek material holds up well but it is only used on the top. The sides are made of their standard grey material which just disintegrates in the California sun. The weakened material will tear in a light breeze. I can start a tear by gently pulling on the material. My plan now is to install a shelter and forget about covers.
Below is a photo of the first cover when I was providing warranty information to Adco.

Mark (MarkoPolo),
Here are the photos that you PM'd me about, showing the shade/rain structure I built for my TM.
