Default Factory screen door questions

Has any one ordered a screen door from the factory, and if so is it made of fiberglass screen or sheer material?
How do you like it and does it work well? Is it worth the cost? I am asking these questions to make sure my money is well spent if I do order one from the factory.
Thank you for any responses!
Jerry

We have one. It's OK although a bit of a bother as it has to be taken off and stored away- unlike a regular screen door. It's your call as to whether it's worth the $50.00 +/- it costs. You could buy the materials and make your own but I doubt they make any money on them because of the probable 1/2 hour or more of labor involved. I doubt they have the volume to justify having them made in the 3rd world. It's fiberglass screen strips and a variety of velcro and magnet strips.

With the top door latched open, it velcroes across the top above the door opening and down each side. The overlapping screen panels hang down and attach with strip magnets to a metal strip added near the top of the bottom door section. You open the bottom door and walk through the panels to exit the TM.

Someone in the TM club rigged one with an outside frame that sits on the bottom door and opens when it does but I don't remember where I read about it.

I expanded my reply above in case anyone has already read it. I assumed someone else would do that but it didn't happen.
