SOLD...........Sadly we are selling our 2009 3023. Good condition. All appliances work fine. New curtains and valences. Added the mini fan to vent the toilet base as per a great suggestion on this forum. Added professionally done aluminum cross braces on front clamshell roof. Its been a great camper for us however health issues have changed our plans unfortunately. I have more pics available. Asking $14,000 CDN or $10,500 US.
