I may be getting my hands on a 1998 TM 2027. We are going to look at the trailer soon to see it's condition and decide if we want to buy.

Any advice on red flags to look for, or things to check when I get there?

That is a great check list. It was written for a generic camper trailer, of course, so some items may not apply, or may not apply directly. A TM has only one air outlet for the air conditioner and another one for the furnace, for example, rather than several outlets in a common ducted system.

Feel free to come to the Forum with any questions, or if something doesn't seem to make sense.
