It has all kinds of bells and whistles including an awning, full and king sized bed, stove with oven, bathroom with shower, storage cabinets, A/C, outside shower, power hitch, levelers, even a closet. It's easy to set up and take down - except for lifting the front end one person can easily do it! Unfortunately my husband's health is making it hard for him to help me lift that front end or to help with the towing and backing up (which I'm NOT good at!).
We put new tires on it last year, and the spare is only two years old. (Yes, we did blow a tire!) It's super easy to tow, really roomy!
Condition - everything works, except the display for how full the water tanks are is a little funky. There is some black "modern art" on the bathroom wall from the rubber spray when we blew that tire, but all other damage from that incident has been fully repaired. Only other items I can think of are a little cracked trim around the bathroom (invisible once it's set up) and the cover for the propane tanks needs to be replaced - all purely cosmetic!
