2005 3124KS (Maybe 3326) Colorado - $6k

Looking to sell a 2005 3124KS or 3326 (The paperwork for it says 3326 but the model numbers on the side are 3124KS).
We are located in Denver, CO.

To my knowledge, everything is factory-default with the exception of the stabilizer jacks which I replaced, and window coverings which have been replaced with PVC rods, leather straps, and blackout curtains. When I purchased the trailer I was told everything worked but we haven't used anything except the A/C and electrical. Comes with 2 horizontal tanks, over the sink cabinet, kitchen drawer, and microwave. We repainted the interior and pulled out the peel and stick backsplash behind the stove. The flooring, carpet, and fabrics are all in good condition. The countertop has some chipping on the side. Cabinets are all in good order with the exception of the 3 drawer stand by the front door which has broken stabilizer bars for the drawers (we attempted to fix and they broke again). The outside seal will need to be replaced eventually but it's not currently leaking anywhere.

I cannot travel with it - we are selling because it's a struggle for my husband's truck to pull and we need something smaller.

For clarity, it’s not a 3326 as they all had 2 axles.
