Very good condition. We have owned it for 11 years and I’m sad to sell her but the kids are now teens and no one wants to go camping anymore. They want one of those huge, multi slide out, nicer than some homes campers. To me, that’s not camping, but what do I know. We live in Northeastern, PA.
I keep it in a warehouse over the winters and when I got it out last spring I planned to camp but between work (I’m a corporate pilot) and kids, it sat at our house all summer unused. Just got it out of storage a few days ago. It comes with all my camping gear (hoses, kitchen items, additional shore power cord, chalks, portable waste dump tank, patio rug, full Adco cover, Curt 17300 Weight Distribution Hitch, basically everything, etc.). I am putting 3 new tires on it (Goodyear Endurance E’s), new propane tanks and a fresh PA inspection. Current Maxxis tires have great tread but out dated. Tanks are also outdated but still half full (30#rs). Will replace with 20’s as I think there is a “conveniently available in a pinch” factor there.
Pretty much fully loaded and everything in working order. Note: I still need to go through everything again for good measure as it was just in storage since the fall. Gremlins!!!
I have made some changes from original. I removed the factory curtains and installed nicer, more user friendly, takedown curtains (easier to keep clean), installed the wall border, removed the original carpeting and installed vinyl plank flooring and switched some of the interior and exterior lighting to LED’s. 3 years ago I replaced both skylight covers, removed and installed a new air conditioner unit seal kit and installed Eterna Bond Roof Sealant Tape over all roof seams.
I pulled it with a 2013 Honda Pilot Touring for the last 9 years without issue but never took it anywhere high elevation. Gross weight as shown on the truck scales was 3,800# loaded out with our camping stuff. We never towed with fresh water tank full or heavily loaded as we always went to full service campgrounds. I also converted the original dual front mounted batteries to a single battery mounted in the rear storage compartment to reduce some tongue weight.
Being 16 years old, it does have a few small bumps and bruises (couple small dings from tree branches and some hail pings on roof) but I would rate both inside and out an 8 out of 10.
