I believe the 3023 model is one of the largest of the trail manor models. We like it because of the sleeping capabilities. Two beds, plus pull out couch. Lots of fun with this and the AC works great. We mostly camped at Lake Boyd with lots of water fun. But did at least one mountain camping trip annually.
