Used only one or twice a year. Good condition for it’s age and very clean. Two tires replaced a couple of years ago. Includes extra kitchen cabinet that hangs above the kitchen sink. Everything works as it should except electric water heater. Gas water heater works great. I have the new element for the water heater, just have not installed it. A winter cover is included.
