Prospective 2004 2720sl owner, questions inside

Going to look at a 2004 2720sl that's listed for $4000

Is that a price that should make me skeptical? They said it's a clean title. Anything else I should look at? I'm going to request having them run through everything

That seems a bit low, but not astoundingly so. NADAGuides says that between $4700-5700 would be fair, if everything works. It is your job, of course, to make sure everything works. Remembering that it is a 13-year-old trailer, you can expect some cosmetic issues, but all of the appliances should work (air conditioner, refrigerator, water heater, stovetop and oven, and toilet are the big ones). Remember that the refrig will require several hours to cool down, and the seller should have turned it on well before you arrive. The rest of the appliances should work immediately. The shells should go up and down smoothly. Hook up to city water and confirm no leaks. And so forth. Look at the tires - it is not unreasonable to think you might replace tires and battery.

I purchased a 20006 2720SL from a private owner for $3,500 dollars absolutely nothing wrong with it ..normal wear and tear but not abused ..So there are deals out there
