Aslag54, in light of all of the changes that TM has gone thru and the recent quality control issues of newer TM models, you should make sure that you conduct your own PDI (pre- delivery inspection). Custom RV is a reputable dealer; however if I were you, I would tell them that I want to be involved with the inspection process. Here is a link to a very good PDI.

Best of luck to you and congrats on your patience. Enjoy your TM.

Happy campin,

Happy campin,
Thanks for the link. I printed off a copy of this same PDI some time ago and have been studying it in anticipation of this date. I'll certainly be taking it with me. My dealer is not Custom RV but Camper Outlet in Tualatin OR. My appointment is for several hours to perform an inspection. My salesman is the co/owner and does know his Trailmanors. Doing some research into this dealer I found they were the #3 Trailmanor dealer in 2014 behind The Car Show and Custom RV and has been selling Trailmanors for 11 years.

Custom RV (2400 mile round trip) where it sat 5 months waiting for parts
and repairs before I gave up and traded it in for a loss of close to $8K.

Well my delivery date changed again, it should of been be at my TM dealer in Oregon yesterday for my PDI tomorrow but it hasn't left Hartington, NE yet. This time I was told by my dealer the delay is weather related. Bob and Cleo have been such nice people when I've spoken to them but they've missed so many delivery dates I can't believe what they're telling me or my dealer anymore. So now it's suppose to be at my dealers Thursday for my PDI Friday. I got a feeling I'll be adding another revised delivery date to my signature.

I've seen it both ways. Three (or four?) TMs on a trailer behind an F650 sort of truck, and a single TM behind a really nice F250 sort of pickup truck. Depends, I suppose, on how many are going to that destination.

Well I was told Bob wanted to personally delivery mine and I was going to meet him at the dealer so I assume he was going to be pulling behind his truck. Last time I talked to him Bob sounded like he wasn't looking forward to the 1700 miles he would have to drive as he was comparing it to my mere 200 mile drive. Last weeks delay was because Hartington was expecting snow and this week they said it was thunder storms (hail) and they didn't want to risk weather damage. Since my last delivery revision my dealer said Bob wasn't coming after all, probably due to the long trip.

Well the jokes on me. I don't know what the heck is going on with Trailmanor. They told my dealer yesterday my trailer shipped and would be in Oregon Friday, they even told him it was being towed behind a truck with 2 drivers driving straight through. A couple of hours later Cleo called me and said it didn't ship and she would have Bob call me Thursday morning. I didn't get any call from Trailmanor today but I did get a call from my dealer who told me he did speak with Cleo today, his best guess is maybe Monday. They're not even being straight with their dealers, that's totally messed up and no way to run a company.
