Yup, that is the place. The whole building is theirs, but some of the warehouse area across the rear of the building is used by the tire supplier they use... Not too far south of Yankton, SD. Was there last August when I had a tune-up and some repairs done. Nice bunch of folks...

I ordered some parts from MCD a while back, they finally came yesterday from the factory! It took a while but they're here and exactly what I ordered. The lady from MCD also called me to let me know that they were on the way.

Good news. It sounds like the company is slowly getting back on their feet.

Hey Bill if you don't mind me asking what information did you receive confirming that?

Popupbenji -
I'm not sure what kind of information you are referring to. I simply observed that one of our members ordered parts from the factory, and though delivery was slow, the parts were shipped. Beyond that, other members report that trailers they have ordered are being assembled, though slowly. From these observations, I conclude that the factory has not entered bankruptcy and closed as some feared, but is still in operation, even if at a reduced level. To me, this is good news.
I have no quantitative information about rate of production, number of employees, financial situation, or other hard facts of a business nature. It is simply my observation. Please don't read into it anything more than that.
Bill

Hello all! New to the forum, but have been browsing trying to get as much info as possible about TMs. Thought I would add this since the last few posts are in regards to the status of TM. I recently ordered our TM through Custom RV in CA. They said that the factory is about 6 months behind in orders. So it seems everything is fine, if not just slow in TM land.

Tm did NOT buy Hi-lo rights or anything else, a company called Kerola campers did. They are an rv dealer about 25 minutes from where I live. They have built at least one prototype as I have a picture and have seen it in person. Google Kerola campers for verification. They also sell aliner types of pop ups.
The unit looks exactly like the original hi-lo and I prefer my TM ,
Read the Google articles including small trailer enthusiast and see the prototype . I have touched it. Location, Transfer PA.
