We were lucky I guess.......
Guess we were lucky in June......we ordered several parts from Sonja in the parts dept - we spoke with her several times, and she was very helpful. We got parts in a timely way. We then left on a 2 week vacation, and were unable to get any response from Tm when we got home. In one conversation with Sonja, I asked if TM was 'ok'......she was fulfilling at least 3 job functions......and she said everything was fine. hmmm......sad they are struggling.

UPDATE!!!
I bought a 2014 Trailmanor 2720 QB two weeks ago, the only thing it was missing was the bike rack receiver I wanted. I called the Trailmanor Factory and talked to Linda about a Bike rack Receiver for my new/used trailer, she had one shipped to me the next day!!
I had an auto repair shop Weld it on yesterday.

Jim, glad you finally found your TM. Bummer it took so long for you to get it. Sure hope the company gets it act together. The web site looks a little better than it did a few months ago, but still nothing to say Wow about.
Good luck with your new rig,
Happy campin & safe travels,

Don't panic yet
Something went wrong with their web site and all staff are off for the holiday so nobody's fixing it. It doesn't mean that they haven't paid their internet provider again.
A partial copy of the site is at http://web.archive.org/web/201610221...railmanor.com/

When we were making Knick Knack at Pixar, the production crew hadn't written the credits yet when they gave the film to the reggae vocal percussionist Bobby McFerrin to make the soundtrack. So, the stand-in credits in that copy of the film just said "blah blah blah", literally. When he got to the credit roll, Bobby saw that and just sang the "blah blah". The crew felt that was so funny that they left it on the soundtrack.
