Apparently fender skirts are still on intergalactic backorder. I've been trying to get 4 since I bought my 3326 last October with no luck. They mentioned they have a bunch of units ready to go, but can't ship them because they can't get fender skirts!
I've been lucky so far, all my trips have been on clean dry roads. But instead of pressing my luck I asked a buddy of mine who works with sheetmetal to try to fab up a set... Hoping to fit them up this weekend.

Suspect 1/8 aluminum would work well

I wanted to do diamond plate but nobody was interested. Problem is finding someone with a break to make the folds.

Why do you need to make folds? If for the edges, you could use some plastic or vinyl c-channel, and I seem to recall the OEM ones have this anyway. Seems like it would be pretty easy. And then you could become a TM supplier.

Interesting thought... My OEM plastic ones are just curled over, all one piece.

My buddy (actually my father's widow's husband) does HVAC ductwork... He has a break, just not a heavy enough to do more than light sheet metal.

Bear in mind that the curl holds the skirt in place. The curl is actually a hook that engages the black plastic piece beneath it. The two screws at the lower corners simply keep the skirt from moving once it is hooked in place.
If you fabricate a new skirt without the curl, you will need find some way to duplicate the function. A few screws might do it ...

Yeah that's why we needed the sheet metal break (brake?)... A few screws would hold it in place but may allow water to seep past and up the walls if towing in the rain.

The plastic rim on mine is part of the wheel well and is curved. A brake typically only bends in a straight line. What you need is a bead roller like this.
