I suspect owners here have a lot of experience in the essentials for a manufacturing concern, not just engineering (but know there are a few automotive and airframe engineers here) but logistics and supply chain, finance, Q&A, & R&D. And web design. Plus a shyster or two.

Sometimes accepting freely offered help gets really complicated due to the things like liability, copyright, patents, and other ip ownership. I don't know all the details, but the lawyers at my organization will pontificate for a long time on the need for correct legal paperwork to protect a company from these risks. I can at least understand his reluctance to accept free help.

Got all the way up to being accepted by the University of Texas law school. then decided I wanted to stay productive.

Did say needed a solicitor/barrister as part of the team but no wigs allowed.

"Free" help can get expensive when it involves things like airfare, hotels, meals, rental cars, and so forth for the helper. And I think that even the best of us would not try to modify manufacturing processes, without seeing the processes and materials in person.

It is one thing to give the factory obvious advice like "Forget the Rise" or "You need to improve quality." It is quite another to modify the flow of work on a production line, and modify parts and materials and specs, and then to prototype and test those modifications.

If there is no cash to pay for these things, they won't happen. The question, at least in my mind, is whether the company can bootstrap itself back to the point where some cash becomes available.

Never said it was easy, just that some here have the necessary expertise ( & might be willing to invest).

Looks like about 1600 miles for the mobile guest room, good time not to be in Florida.

While talking to Cleo today I asked about their website. She said they were having some problem transitioning the site to a new host but should be up and running either this afternoon or tomorrow.

Custom RV (2400 mile round trip) where it sat 5 months waiting for parts
and repairs before I gave up and traded it in for a loss of close to $8K.
9,600 miles we traveled during the 11 months of ownership dealing exclusively
with repairs of this POS Trailmanor.

I do know that moving a Wordpress site is a daunting task. I just had my hobby-job site rebuilt into Wordpress, and have looked at the process to move to a new host. Not a simple task, especially if the current host is not willing to help. I will cut them some slack on the site move.

If anyone is a Wordpress guru, I am sure they would love to have some help. Wordpress is much different than any site I have built and maintained in the past, so I am still trying to figure out how to do what was once a simple task on my site.

Perhaps a TM rally? Perhaps a Kickstarter project to create a TM rally somewhere near the plant? To swap and share ideas?

I don't see camping in Harrington, Ne. However Lewis & Clark lake seems to be a short distance away, with rather abundant camping.
