Default Central MN looker

Hello. Is there anyone in the central MN area that would show me their Trail Manor? We are pretty much decided on one but I want to do some hands on looking without a salesman "helping". I am near St. Cloud but would be willing to travel an hour or two. Thanks.

I am located in Rochester and own a 2010 Trailmanor 2720. When not camping it is stored in our garage, but I could pull her out if you wanted to take a peak.

No, but it looks to be in good shape and the price is good.
2720SL with both optional upper cabinets, rock guards over front and back windows, wood-look flooring throughout, AC, awning, nice neutral colors inside.
Worth a close look.

I agree, looks to be in good shape at least from looking at the photos.
Search this forum for suggestions of additional items to inspect.

I went and checked it out casually today. Its a consignment from a "little old lady". Evidentally her husband passed away last year and she doesnt want to camp herself. The place its for sale at has done most of the maintenance on it since they were an older couple, BUT i knew more about them then the salesman so that makes me a little leery. It was set up and it was raining. I didnt see any leaks or wet spots or smell anything. I think i am going to talk to the bank and then go back and do a much closer inspection and run everything and check the underside since they salt here in MN. I asked how set she is on the asking price and he is supposed to get back to me. Of course he said theres been several people calling about it. Being a Trail Manor im not sure if thats a sales bluff or not since its only the second one for sale in MN ive seen in a year.

Can someone tell me how to find the code for how old the tires are? thanks.

There is a DOT code on the side wall. The last 4 digits is the manufacturer’s date. example. 3011. 30th week of 2011. Depending on how they were mounted, it may be on the outside side wall or inside sidewall.

I went to Chicago, from Rochester, MN, for my TM. I paid more than the price listed on this 2007, but I also got a 2010 with all the boondocking essentials (solar panel, larger water tank, dual 6V batteries).

Finding a good TM is worth the wait too. It took me nearly a year of looking before we found a solid one!
