Default Winter Camping in CA

Well, I was thinking about posting our trip to New Brighton State Beach, CA in January, it was in the high 70's with no rain. Fairly cold at night though, we had to use the Little Buddy heater one night when we didn't have hookups.

I am so happy that it's back to a pretty normal winter now, with rain and lower temps. We are still below normal rainfall and so is the snowpack.

Plus I'm working my tail off, no time for camping. Got to enjoy it while you can!

I don't have any issues with your posts either. I like to hear about people camping & enjoying themselves.

Sure wasn't me, either, and my weather is better than yours! Ha! Let's all find some good things to say about our own particular weathers and "rub every ones noses in it".

Here goes. My daily high temp, today, is forecast to be at 83 degrees with beautifully clear skies. Our saying locally is "A day without snow is a day of sunshine!"

Enjoy!

The weather here is FANTASTIC: we have a high chance of sub-tropical temperatures, cleansing precipitation, a refreshing breeze, and widespread areas of tropical-like water pools.

In case you need a translation: it's cold, rainy, windy, and there's flooding everywhere. But folks on the east coast of the U.S. have it a bit better right now.....

Thank you, to all the members, for your response. I really didn't think that I had done anything to deserve the harsh scolding. The emailer was obviously having a bad day and wanted other people to share it.
As I told Bill in a response to a PM, I wasn't going to let it bother me, I'm gettin to old to sweat the small stuff.

To quote my father " Anger and hate are both poisons that you take and hope the other person dies."

Thanks again

OK, folks, let's close this one down. I think we've said everything that needs to be said.
