I would second the suggestion of a tie down strap of the front shell.

Of course, per Murphy's Law, as soon as I booked the shipment a bunch of posts came on today warning against such a haul.
The shipper has agreed to secure all of the vents and covers as well as the doors and latches with tape, etc. So, hopefully, it rides OK down the road.
I will try to remember to post the results of the trip on here to let you all know how it goes and for future folks who might look all over the country for a Trailmanor!
.

So how did the shipping process go and how was uship? Can you tell me how much it cost to ship?

I am looking at a used 2010 that is about 1200 miles away and contemplating shipping it.

What about the actual trailmanor, was it in good shape? Did you buy from a dealer? Kind of scary to buy something this expensive long distance.

We did hit ours a long way too. If you want it bad enough sometimes that is the only way. There are not a whole lot of for sale trailmanors out there. Which to me is a good sign.

Hi Randm2005

I posted on another thread you had about the one you just bought. Did you get it yet?

How did you ship it, how much did it cost you, and how much did the dealer come down from the original price they listed at?
