Heh,

Before he passed away, I had a friend that had a TV like that! I used to remind him to quit doing wheelies with it

Default Use a Handicap Scooter as a Power Tow Dolly (maybe)

After the initial cuteness - This gave me ideas!

We have a Rascal 600T handicap scooter. The specs say this 195# scooter with a 340# rider can do a 14 degree incline. The regular rider max. capacity is 450#. There is definitely some power in the 24v motor. The specs also say it can go upto 25 miles on one charge - don't believe it.

So, I want to see if it can serve to pull the TrailManor around the cement driveway for parking or setups!

When I get back next month I'll try it and post results. I wonder if I can rent a force gauge to find the max pushing/pulling power.

ps. (Then this thread may have to be moved from "Off Topic " to "Towing Rigs ".)

Very interesting Paul, will be looking forward to your results. Tried the hand dolly suggestion and now have a slightly bent one for sale. Could not take the stresses.
