3 bike rack on my 2001 2720

Hi Everybody : I installed an Allen 3 bike rack (with rear bumper mount) to the back of our 2720. Got it at Walmart for $69. It works great. We've done two trips, one of 1200 miles and no problems. No swaying noticed. It got the bikes out of the back of my Tundra and gave us so much more "junk" space. I'm thinking of re enforcing the rear bumper so I can also install my spare wheel/tire on the bumper also. I can't figure out anywhere else to put it. Anybody done this? Also my trailer brakes seem like there are getting weak. Is this just a normal pad or shoe replacement? The unit is a 2001.

Jack -

In 2001, all TMs came with a rear bumper spare tire mount, as you already asked about in http://www.trailmanorowners.com/foru...ad.php?t=10692. Has someone removed yours - perhaps to add a bike rack?
