Thanks for the heads up. I'll check it out. I know the front curve is not as much as the back. I also found out the Antenna had left an impression in the roof. So wonder if that was the cause of the roof not being curved.
Going today to get keys made. Since this was a whole sale they couldn't find the keys. Even the garage and shower door key is missing. I could just go to the hardware store and buy another lock set. But the deadbolt wouldn't fit. Its too thick.
I took all of the curtains down and took them to the laundry mate. Wash them and look new again. They where so stiff, gross smelling things. DW wants to sew on backing material to help black out the sun. I think they would make them to thick and would hurt closing the camper up.

So someone had added a 90degree water adapter to the inlet. When they closed the unit. They didn't remove it. So they damaged the mount to the water inlet. So found an upgraded replacement. It's all metal housing with a brass fitting. Also has a check valve. Was a great replacement. Even came with a replacement cap and screen. Has a easy hose screw attachment. Another fix done with an upgrade.

I'm a bit confused. Isn't this the same as the original inlet? In what sense is it an upgrade?

Bill- I have the same one on my 3326. Oh it’s definitely an upgrade. It actually gives you something to grip while attaching the hose.

HHL- Does yours sing whenever water flows through it? Whenever I open a faucet I get a humming noise from the inlet. I don’t know if it’s the check valve or the hose I attached to it to align with the TM plumbing or the water regulator outside or what. I plan to investigate this spring but figured I’d ask if you have the same problem.

Are you talking about the little white plastic gripper wheel? I have one on my TM, and yes, it is very helpful. I think I salvaged mine off a cheap plastic water pressure regulator that failed. You will also see them on the shorty 6-inch hoses that supposedly save your water hose from excessive bending. They are also available as a stand-alone purchase at some RV service counters, though surprisingly pricey ($6 or $7).

Nice. I assume he got the same thing I did which is the whole inlet assembly with metal dish (instead of plastic), grabby wheel, and one way check valve. I saw one at Camping World that also had a built in pressure regulator but if I remember the regulated pressure was a bit on the high side.

OK, I guess. I think the check valve is part of either one. A metal dish means that next time the problem happens, the dish won't break, but the wall skin will rip out instead. Hmm. To each his own, I guess.

My plastic one was cracked in multiple places from the sun. When I removed it the check valve was a separate piece. But yeah to each their own indeed.

Yes the dish is metal and the water fitting is brass instead of the cheap plastic. So much better and should last a long time. And yes the hose wheel is an added benefit. It is much easier to attach the hose.
What I do is attach a 90degree y-pipe fitting that has separate shut off valves. One valve does the water filter and the other is for another shrinking garden hose. I use the hose to wash off stuff. Nice added feature. And it helps with taking the unit down. I use the garden hose to relief the water pressure before removing the water filter side. And to rinse off the waste valves and hoses.
Yes @Bill. Should something go wrong and forget about removing the hose before closing the camper would be a big deal. But you would really have to put some force to it to crush that metal dish. It's solid unit. Should it freeze up in the winter camping. Don't have to worry about the plastic breaking.

So did some more fixing on the TM 3024. When you close up the camper the two half set down on these rubber guards. They are located at the front tongue and the back bumper area. Saw a video of this guy that replaced his using rubber he got from Amazon. Search this; SBR (Styrene Butadiene Rubber) Sheet, 70 Shore A, Black, Smooth Finish, No Backing, 1/2" Thickness, 2" Width, 36" Length
This was an easy fix. Took the old rubber pieces off and used them as a template. Cut the rubber with a razor knife, drilled new holes, done. I also used some clear silicone on the bottom to help keep them in place. Works. I plan on doing the same thing to my propane cover. As it is rubbing on the metal and wearing off the paint.
