Repair Replace bathroom sink faucets

Anyone know how to fix the bathroom faucets when they drip?

Wouldn’t mind replacing the faucet if I could find one that would fit. Does anyone know a plug in replacement for the bathroom sink faucets?

Worst case, does anyone know what size plug would fit the water line connections?

It’s a standard bathroom faucet. You just have to worry about height.

The fittings are 1/2” NPT if you want to block them off.

Or use a 2.5mm Allen key to pop the handles off, pull the cartridges and seals, and match them up with new ones. I’m guessing it’s a Delta faucet because it looks like the kitchen faucet which I know is a Delta.

I replaced mine with one from Ikea, it's a single handle faucet. You can find it in my albums under other mods.
