Leakage from rain?

On my 01' 2619, we've had a leak in the roof seam behind the awning ONLY when the unit is closed. It leaks down the door side front bedroom window and has dirtied up the curtain right there. Otherwise, water tight!

I just caulked the entire length of that seam two weeks ago, and will find out over Thanksgiving if it worked or not.
