Default pocket stop rubber block

Does anyone know the dimensions of the rubber block and metal plate inside the pocket stops? We have had trouble with our front shell going too far forward. We just took the very front pocket stops out to find there is not a rubber block and metal plate inside either side and the pocket stops were bent. We bent them back into shape but need to put in the rubber, etc. We want to fix these before we go on to check the rest of the stops. We still have the shell up on 2 by 4s. So far the info from TM is not specific. Sounds like we might have to buy a whole pocket stop instead of just replacing the rubber.

Default hmmmmmm

Upon further contemplation, it looks like there is no room for a rubber block as shown in the drawing from Ed Lytle. But there are screw holes in the top of the pocket stop.....
I'm going out to take photos now.
