Remodel questions

We are relatively new to trail manor but husband is a licenced plumber. We are working on remodeling our 2000 31/24 king and are running into some challenges. Though my husband will work something out I figured you all have experience we can tap into. First we are doing the floor. In pulling it up I see there is a piece of 1/4 inch ply on the bath floor. What have you all done about that? I the beautiful remodel just posted (which I love!) It looked level nd smooth between the hall and bath.

Also are there recomendations on flooring material? Also the triangle by the door needs to come up to it flooring down. Is there anything g we need to be aware of before we do?
