Looks like I am getting a 2015 3124KD
My dealer should be doing the paperwork tomorrow so I go from poster to owner I hope !!
Getting all the usual options plus adding a fantastic fan in the main bedroom (thanks to the poster who suggested that) and upgrading this new fan and the other fantastic fan to be able to blow in both directions. Will be getting the new leatherette and the Silver Trail color scheme. Not sure how long it will take to build.

Envy! They announced the Silver Trail the week I took delivery of my ordered unit. Wish I had known it was in the works.
I bet you have yours at the dealer within a month, being that close to the factory. Yes, you will have the slickest unit on the forum, at least for a few weeks. Love the Silver Trail edition!

DW is already talking about going to Florida for 2-3 weeks. Will have lots of questions on where to go once we get the trailer. And, thanks for the kind words all.

In the process of buying my new TM, I was able to confirm the cassette they are using now (is not the one in the pic on the website) AND that the extra door on the back is now standard. I understand that new door now give access to an unused area we could not get to before that now becomes storage, so might be a nice mod to consider (if not already done). I wonder if TM would add that door for you if you went to them? Not sure what, if anything, needs to be done in the new accessible space to complete the process.

Me too, all of the space in my unfolded 2720SL has been accounted for. Are two compartments in the back, one with an outside door and containing the battery and generator. The other with a door under the bed on the inside.
Have wondered before if a slide under the rear bed could make either a crawl-in closet or a walk in sleeping/den area.
