Smile Easy, Quick "Smores"

Marshmallows are a must when we camp. We also like to make smores - I saw a quick and easier method. Buy the chocolate stripe fudge cookies - roast your marshmallow and then just place between 2 fudge stripe cookies. Easier and I don't make as big a mess - works great for us and just as good!

Give fudge stripes (Keebler or generic) with 1-large marshmallow a try. So much easier. Kids say they love them, but maybe it is simply due to the excess cookies!?!?
