Anyone own 1997 Model 3023

I am looking into purchasing a 1997 3023. I cannot seem to find much information regarding this particular trailmanor. I am looking to find out the size of the trailer when it is closed/ size of the trailer when it is opened/ what is the layout plan? Does anyone have any links/PDF file that would be helpful regarding this model? Your help is appreicated...

I'll bet that the layout is similar to the current ones. I have a 1996 2518 and the visual differences are in the logo and in the lines and seams of the shells. The 96 does not have electronic ignition of the water heater. I have to go outside and light it. Don't know if that is true of the 97. Im almost positive that the floor plan will not have changed. The bathrooms are the same in all of them. For 2008 there are some style changes but its still the same layout.

By the way, 3023 means aprox 30 ft open and 23 closed. That can also be looked at on the Trailmanor site under floorplans and or specs. You can get there from the front page of this forum
