Default Udating used TM

Posted this in general discussion but so far no repsonse-perhaps in wrong place.
If you have a used TM and want to get some things updated-new mattresses, curtains, flooring,etc-can you take it to the factory to have this done?

If you are creative and handy, you can save a lot of money and sew new curtains and install new carpet or vinyl yourself. I would probably buy new mattresses from TM since they are exactly the right thickness and size for the beds. The covers on the mattresses will be whatever is current, so if you were to buy mattresses, I would coordinate the curtains and flooring to go with them. The plastic tape with the tabs for the curtains can be bought from the factory for a reasonable price or you can rip off the old plastic tabs and re-sew them on. That is what we did. It was actually fun to fix up our old TM and it turned out very nicely. Have fun and make it your own!

General Dicussion or here makes no difference. The best answer for your question is for you to call the factory and find out. Please let us know the answer. Most of the larger TM dealers will do the job for a nominal fee. You could purchase most of the needed parts and supplies from the factory for a DIY job. Again, call the factory and find out.
