Seems Amazon is selling these at pretty resonable price. don't know that it would work on the TM, but it does seem resonablely priced.

Default Motorized trailer mover

Well, after much hemming and hawing, I never ordered the Trailer Valet. I went with the Purpleline Enduro Trailer mover and couldn't be happier with my choice. Yes, it was more expensive, but with my knees getting older as well as my back, for me it was the best choice to pay now or possible get rid of the trailer later. Luck was on my side, because I saved $500 off of Amazon's current price, so I'm not complaining. I checked on prices for installations and they were off the wall. Again, luck was on my side. A very dear friend from work was kind enough to install it for me for a fraction of the price, and I was happier to pay him for his excellent work. Don't get me wrong, I'm a mechanic by trade and I have no problem with paying for good work, but I'm also willing to save a buck or more when I can.
I'm now able to park my rig on the side of my house and it is a very tight fit, but it allows me to open up my trailer and load/unload as needed. I was able to accomplish some much wanted/needed modifications on it without having to put it on the street and leaving it connected to my TV. My city has an ordinance that no motorized RV can be left on the street. I ended up with $33 dollar ticket. Now I don't have to worry about that any more. For me it was the right move, hell it even has a remote control!! The transmitter is located in the heater compartment, and he mounted the battery disconnect at the front of the rig.

That is what I am going to install once the weather improves. Glad to hear you like it and it works well.
Was the front step an issue when you mounted it on that side? Looks tight to me.
Any other thoughts about it?

It had to be installed on the back side if the tires, because of clearance issues with the steps. I'll take some pictures this week and post them for you. I'll also get pictures of the transmitters location and how the battery disconnect is mounted.
Now after rereading my post, I failed to mention the toilet drain tube is not used and it was swiveled out of the way. Which may cause you some issues. Again, pictures will give you a much better idea.

Thanks, would greatly appreciate it.
I sent photo's to Paul who is the PurpleLine Rep for the USA last Fall. He thought it could be squeezed in, in front of the tires, but we were concerned about the front step. Apparently they prefer the units to be mounted in front of the tire. Have you had any issues with mounting the units behind the tires? I use all of my plumbing. Will that be an issue you think?

Default Mover installed on a 2619

Moaboy,

You may have some more room than my 2619 does. My only thought would be to modify the black wtr drain by snaking it around the street side motor if it doesn't fit. I too emailed Paul and he too suggested mounting it in front. Supposedly they had installed the motors on 4 other Trail Manors, but he never mentioned which size of TM, and I didn't ask either. Keep in mind your weight is a factor if your pathway is sloped. The motors slipped a few times, but I had it a fairly cattywampus angle backing up and trying to turn it too. Yes that is a technical term. I drove it forward and aimed it better to where I was driving to and it drove up without the slippage. I should also check my tire pressures too, now that I'm thinking about it. I'm sure it has an impact on how well it makes contact. If you need anything more let me know. I would recommend this to friends, and I personally feel it was well worth my money in getting it. Good luck, let me know how it goes for you.

Thanks for the photo's!

If u don't mind my asking, how did u get the discount?

Good question about if there is any more room on frame for mounting on a 2720 vs 2619?
Perhaps Bill would know?

Obviously u were not concerned about heat from the furnace in choosing where to mount your receiver, was there a reason you choose that side say over the compartment with the water tank?

Appreciate your thoughts.

Default ebay

I checked eBay and Purpleline is selling them for $999, strange how they are not consistant with pricing.
