Anyone install an LED night light?

Has anyone heard wired a 12-volt nightlight in the TM, perhaps in the bathroom? I'm just looking for something to light the way, and not destroy night vision in the process, so it has to be pretty dim. I'm just guessing maybe 10-20 lumens for the bathroom.

(Not exactly what you were asking but..) We use two 12V male adapters to charge 5V electronics at night (in our 2720 QB, one is located just north of the sink and the other is near the floor, just north of the queen bed).
Each has a small blue LED that illuminates just enough (but not directly in the water closet) and the two charging android phones on night mode have the dimly lit digital clock.

Years back I bought some battery powered string lights at REI. They've worked great, don't put out a ton of light, and the batteries last thru 2-3 weekend camping trips. I drape them over the window curtains, and used the 3M picture Velcro to keep the battery pack off the counter. I turn them on at night and off when I wake up.

I found something similar to stormpeakco's string LEDs on Amazon, but they have a 8 hour on/16 hour off timer. I used them to re-light my son's Peanuts Halloween decorations.

Thanks for the tips! I eventually found an "LED Courtesy Light" at Command Electronics, which is where I got my retrofit LED boards for the overhead lights. They come in various colors, including warm white and red, so I'm going to test both to see what works better. $5 each plus $6 shipping. They also come with white hoods.

The current draw is ridiculously low at 0.02 amps, so I imagine it will just light up the floor in front of the toilet. I'll install an illuminated push button switch so I will be reminded that it's on in the morning, but even if it were on 24/7 for a month, it would have only consumed ~15 Ah. So, definitely a consideration as a parasitic draw, but certainly nothing to worry about battery consumption wise while camping. If I was really industrious, I suppose I could wire it into the switch that closes when the bathroom is setup......

Can you let me know which item number? I searched, but couldn't fine the item shown in the pic. Also interested which light you like better.

I'm not sure I understand your question? Are you wanting to illuminate the rear of the camper? Are you looking to be able to remove and reinstall a bike that's mounted on the back of your trailer? Or illuminate/power a bike that's mounted on the back of the trailer?

Yeah, this one confused me too!

FWIW, we use small "Walmart" votive-type candles as night lights. Serves two functions, keeps a small light, and provides a little warmth on those chilly nights.

Also, if they are scented, add one more nice layer to the potty.
