New England Trip

Last spring I and the DW took a road trip from our home in Columbus, Georgia to Santa Fe, NM. We traveled the old route 66 path as much as possible. Needless to say we had a blast (even though we only had our little viking po-up camper at that time). We considered doing it again this spring with our New to us Trail manor 3023.
We are also pondering the possibility of a similar road trip to the New England area and I would appreciate any suggestions or recommendations as to itinerary planning, etc.
Remember, we are traveling from Georgia and only have 1 week (10days if you count the weekends).

Just plug the word "England" into the Search tool - then do it again with "Maine".
