Default WDH 600 vs 800 lbs. spring bars

In preparation for picking up our new 3023 next week, I want to purchase a WDH as highly recommended by other forum members. My questions is should I pay the extra $150 or so for a Reese or Draw-Tite brand with 600 lb. spring bars that is recommended by a local hitch dealer for the weight of a 3023, or would I be just as happy with an imported Robin brand that is available with 1000 lb. bars as the lightest option? I will be towing with a 2005 4 Runner 4.0 V-6. The Robin units are available on E-Bay for $189 including shipping.

Thanks, John
